Choose Well- are your choices serving you well?
Your choice about the direction you take or action you apply may be limited, however, the choices of the thoughts you think, are not. Often we are prone to get caught up in our thoughts and we get in our own way of a solution. People who bounce forward ™ and teams that are resilient, make a conscience effort to manage their thoughts in a way that support moving in the direction of a solution. They quickly notice when their thoughts are blocking them from seeing options and even if the options are limited, they choose to think thoughts about what is possible, instead of why it is impossible.
