What Do My Colleagues Want to Know?

What Do My Colleagues Want to Know?
A guest blog post By Vikki MacKinnon

The workplace is a place where people with different backgrounds and priorities come together to work toward a common goal. It is not always easy and it helps to know how people with different numbers in their key positions will approach a task, and especially a major project at work.

Everyone has several different numbers in their numerology profile, but most people will have one or two dominant numbers. You may not know your colleague’s life path, or other core numbers, but if you know his or her birthday, you will be able to gain a sense of what motivates him or her.

The number of your day of birth, (not the month, just the day), has a major impact on your career life, and will tell a lot about how you approach your work and interact with colleagues. Your day of birth indicates the number of your power cycle. Below you will see what your colleagues want to know when they are about to begin a new project at work:

(Note: Unless the birthday is on the 11th or 22nd of the month, we add the two digits of the birthday together to get a single number between 1 and 9. For example, a birthday on the 17th of the month indicates an 8 power cycle.)

1 What are the possibilities and potential? Who will we be competing with? How will we overcome the competition?

2 How will it affect my relationships? Who will be my partner? What can I do to help?

3 Will it be fun? Can I be creative? How will we let people know about it?

4 How will we organize this? What kind of results can we expect? What kind of systems are in place?

5 What kind of experiences will we have? Who can we get to join us? How will we persuade others?

6 How will it look to others? How can I/we be of service? Is everyone happy and being treated fairly?

7 What are the advantages and disadvantages? What are the costs and benefits? Do we have enough information yet?

8 What’s the big picture? How soon will we see results? Am I in charge?

9 How can this bring benefit to the greatest number of people?

11 Are these ideas original and inspiring? How soon can we get started?

22 Will this project lay the foundation for something bigger?
